Haiku and cartoons. What more do we need to bring us fulfillment? Except maybe a jelly donut. I can guess the author of the poem, but is the illustration the work of your talented daughter?
I'm a haiku fool!As you know, it pays to have an artist in the family. The "JCH" in the corner stands for Janet Clare Hall. When I commissioned the piece she was going to go for a generic sleepy woman, but before she knew it "the bangs were in place and there you were". Only thing missing is the powdered sugar from a jelly donut.
