So, I never had to overcome the roadblock of "Waldo Lydecker" as a beloved family man. Sometimes seeing a movie as a "blank slate" helps. rcoceanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17102201338319611538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-331373971294623620.post-60574323949680707052017-11-01T15:58:32.427-07:002017-11-01T15:58:32.427-07:00It is a story that stays with you, isn't it?

It is surprising how many family men and comedic roles he played as well.Caftan Womanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05936895555808823221noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-331373971294623620.post-46797976220479212502017-11-01T12:16:16.443-07:002017-11-01T12:16:16.443-07:00I first read the book as a teen (I usually skip th...I first read the book as a teen (I usually skip the tonsils chapter lol) and discovered the movie in college (the library had a pretty good selection of classic films). I had a little trouble swallowing Clifton Webb as Mr. Gilbreth, as I'd only seen him in Laura at the time. I've been wanting to rewatch it and the sequel for some time now, as well as read the second book!Phylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08726532398377237606noreply@blogger.com
